No-Cost Virtual Behavioral Health Care – You and your HealthFlex-covered dependents (ages 10 and over) can connect virtually with a licensed therapist or a board-certified psychiatrist through MDLIVE® Telemedicine. Primary participants can access MDLIVE through benefitsaccess.org. Spouses can access MDLIVE by logging into Virgin Pulse®, visiting the Benefits page, and searching “MDLIVE Telemedicine.”
Virgin Pulse – Explore mental health topics at your own pace with Journeys®, RethinkCare sessions, or with the one-on-one guidance of a Virgin Pulse Health Coach.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – The EAP can help you or anyone in your household access confidential counseling and support for up to eight free sessions per concern per year.
First Aid for Mental Health Webinars – These on-demand, one-hour training sessions can help you identify when someone you know is struggling with mental health concerns, teach you how to start a conversation and respond with empathy to get them the help they need.
EY Financial Planning Services – Financial well-being is an essential part of mental health. EY can help you with budgeting, reducing debt and saving for the future. Planners provide confidential, empathic guidance to ease your mind.

As of April 2023, Wespath stopped mailing paper quarterly statements, saving thousands of sheets of paper every quarter and eliminating mailing expenses.
Your quarterly account statements are viewable in Benefits Access, our secure participant account website, at benefitsaccess.org.
With Benefits Access, you can also:

- Update your account beneficiaries and personal contact information.
- Download tax forms and access helpful resources for retirement savings.
